Exploring himself – 14“ x 17“

Part of my Exploring Myself as an Artist collection, Exploring Himself was created while I was experimenting with subject matter, color, pattern, and style, without worrying so much about where the finished piece would fit.

The female figure is surrounded by layers of bright pinks, yellows, patterns, and expressive marks, creating a contrast between the quiet figure and all the color and movement around her.

The original artwork is displayed in a thrifted 14” x 17” frame with mat, giving something old a new life alongside something newly created. Any age or imperfections in the frame are part of its character.

Original, one-of-a-kind artwork.
